Nights of Eternity Michael Afton
Token Support with floor shockers and Self Shock.
Michael Afton is the $600 Support on the survivor roster in Nights of Eternity. The model is the purple night guard labeled MIKE. Health is 90. Movement uses the default survivor sheet: stamina 100, walk 12, run 26, drain 10, gain 30. The kit quote is I’m going to come find you. He is a zone tool. He is not a second Phone Guy, not a second Evan Afton, and not the free Night Guard even if the Mike skin on that kit shares a nickname.
ST-GB Team shipped the Roblox night on 25 March 2026. Lobbies are 1-versus-all with a max of nine players. Maps are FNaF 1, FNaF 2, and FNaF 3. Cabinets still cut twenty seconds. Last Man Standing still sets 1:14 with both auras highlighted. This is not Bite by Night and not FNAF Eternal Nights. A purple guard in those games is a different sheet.
Community pubs park Michael in C on the survivor tier list. Shockers are the combat plan and they are weak for the windup they ask. Information about where the killer is standing is real if anyone is looking. In solo queue, they usually are not.
Shocker
Shocker plants a Controlled Shock Unit. You kneel and hammer it in. Windup is 3.5 seconds. Michael takes Weakness II for 4 seconds. While the killer stays inside the radius, they take Slowness I every second. If the unit breaks, the shocker cooldown collapses to 10 seconds. The unbroken cooldown is not published on the kit sheet this wiki uses, so do not invent a number; read the in-game card after you drop one.
3.5 seconds of kneeling is a Withered Bonnie Grab invitation and a Foxy Pounce invitation. Drop the pad on a cabinet cluster or a hallway the animatronic must take, not in an empty dining room because the floor looked empty. Weakness II is 20 percent extra damage taken. You are not allowed to finish the kneel in a Slash.
Slowness I every second is a tax, not a stun. Henry Emily Strike and Phone Guy Taunt are still the buttons that stop a chase. Michael makes the chase longer and louder. Call the radius. A pad nobody walks through is a 3.5-second donation.
When the unit breaks, the 10-second cooldown is the only published reset. That is the moment you can plant again if you survived the break. It is not a reason to feed the pad to the killer on purpose. Status names are on status effects.
Self Shock
Self Shock breaks the unit. Michael gains Speed III and Weakness I for 3 seconds, plus 1 HP every 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds (10 HP). It only works inside the shocker radius. Cooldown is 2 seconds. This is a leave button, not a duel button. Speed III is a 30 percent move bump. Weakness I is a 10 percent damage tax on the same window. If you Self Shock and then turn around for a flashlight-style peek, you will donate the 90 HP.
You cannot Self Shock from across the map. If you planted badly, you do not have a heal. That is the kit. Pizza on Night Guard and Repair on Phone Guy still work without a floor toy. Evan’s Plushie still heals other people. Michael heals himself only on top of his own pad.
Use Self Shock when the killer has entered the radius and you already have an exit tile, when a cabinet is finished and you need to rotate, or when Last Man Standing has nowhere left to hide and you need 10 HP plus speed to finish one more arcade. Do not break the unit the instant it drops. A living pad that is still slowing Springtrap is worth more than a 10 HP nibble.
Skins
Rockstar is $500, Technician $600, Foxy Bro $700, Brave Volunteer $1000. Cosmetics. Foxy Bro is a palette, not a second Foxy killer kit and not a stealth button. Brave Volunteer does not add HP. Buy them if you like the look after you have already accepted C-tier.
How to spend tokens on this kit
Do not. Not first. Stay on Night Guard or Phone Guy until arcade routing is automatic, then consider Evan or Henry before this page. The survivor picker puts Michael on the info branch with a warning, and the warning is the point. Spend $600 here only if your stack actually calls killer position and you want a slow field on a known chokepoint.
If you already own him, play him as a pad-and-leave support. Open arcade objectives and pick a two-cabinet room you can own. Plant before the chase arrives, not after Freddy has already dropped Lullaby on the same tiles. Bindings are on controls. Role split is on how to play survivor. Late-game rules on how to survive the night matter because Last Man Standing highlights you: the pad is still a slow field, stealth is not the plan, and Self Shock is your 1:14 sprint.
Against Springtrap, never kneel in Seek range and never Self Shock into Cleave. Against Foxy, the zone matters more than the 10 HP because Pounce is 40; plant the hallway, do not greet Sneak with a hammer animation. Against Freddy, respect slowness 3 plushies before you Self Shock through them. Against Withered Bonnie, assume Punch anti-heal cuts the 10 HP in half and Grab deletes the kneel.
Pairing: one Michael plus Phone Guy or Henry is a slow field with a real stun. One Michael plus Evan is two fragile supports. One Michael plus Cassidy can work if she wants a Rift exit that is already taxed. Charlie Emily is a separate early-access survivor with unpublished numbers; do not treat her as a second MIKE. Vanessa was scrapped.
Michael is the kit you play for callouts, not for letters. Compare him with the rest of the humans on the Players Hub. If the lobby still needs a peel more than a pad, lock Phone Guy. If you want to see why shockers feel slow from the other side, queue Springtrap and walk through a radius on purpose once, then stop doing that in ranked-feeling pubs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How much does Michael Afton cost?
Michael is a $600 Support. Rockstar, Technician, Foxy Bro, and Brave Volunteer are token cosmetics. They do not change Shocker or Self Shock.
Is Michael the same as Night Guard's Mike skin?
No. Night Guard is the free Survivalist. The Mike skin is only a palette on that kit. Michael Afton is a separate $600 Support with a floor shocker.
What happens when the shocker breaks?
The shocker cooldown collapses to 10 seconds. The unbroken cooldown is not published on this sheet, so read the in-game kit card after you plant.
Can I Self Shock anywhere?
No. Self Shock only works inside the shocker radius. It breaks the unit for Speed III and Weakness I for 3 seconds plus 10 HP over 5 seconds, on a 2-second cooldown.
Why is Michael C tier?
Shockers are weak for a 3.5-second kneel. The slow field needs teammates who use it. In solo queue the pad is often theater. Play him for fun or for callouts, not as a power buy.
Should I buy Michael before Henry or Evan?
No. Henry is the $700 sentinel with a real stun. Evan is the $500 heal the lobby can actually feel. Michael is the later curiosity kit if you still want a zone.
